  I love the new studio for the pilate classes. The beautiful view is hypnotic whilst taking classes. For many years I have enjoyed the classes Sally gives, challenging different parts of my body each week, I still feel the workout and the variety and levels she offers makes the classes varied, fun and interesting.

Attention to posture, growth and development in every student is paramount to her. In addition, the non-egocentric environment is conducive to developing your practice at your own pace. It's one of the best fitness and health regimes you'll embark upon. Go try it and see.

  So lucky to have found this wonderful location to have my Pilates & Wellness Studio. The views are stunning, the studio is spacious and has a lovely ambiance, there is plenty of parking and a great restaurant to sit and enjoy a coffee after class. The studio also boasts a large shaded terrace which looks out to the ocean so we can move classes outdoors in the summer.
